These terms apply when you use the Lakshya Sarthi app and website run by Harsh Baria ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a package you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Not a government website

Lakshya Sarthi is an independent practice platform. We are not connected with GSSSB, GPSSB, GPSC, the Government of Gujarat or any recruitment board. Our mock tests are for practice only. Always check exam dates, syllabus and rules on the official websites.

2. Your account

• You log in with your own mobile number and a one-time password. One account is for one person.
• Keep your phone and OTPs private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give your real name; we may close accounts that use offensive or false details.

3. Packages and payment

• Free tests can be used without payment. Paid packages unlock the tests listed for that exam.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown before you pay. You pay once; there is no subscription or automatic renewal.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Access is unlocked as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Your access stays active for as long as the package is offered in the app. If a package has a fixed validity, it is shown before you buy. We may add, update or correct tests in a package at any time.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Fair use

You agree not to:

• share your account, or copy, record, sell or publish our questions, solutions or PDFs;
• try to get paid content without paying, or break, overload or misuse the app;
• use the app for anything unlawful.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account without a refund.

5. Content and results

We work hard to make questions and answers correct, but mistakes can happen. If you find one, please tell us and we will fix it. Scores and ranks in the app are for practice and do not guarantee any result in the real exam. All questions, solutions, designs and the Lakshya Sarthi name belong to us or are used with permission.

6. Links to other websites

The app shows recommended books and study items on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Purchases on Amazon are between you and Amazon; we are not responsible for those products, prices or deliveries.

7. Availability and liability

We try to keep the app available at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, internet problems or services we depend on. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the package concerned.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dewas.
